Expected delivery time will vary, but in most cases you can expect to receive your order within 7 - 15 business days.
All orders are tracked. We will supply you with a tracking reference once your order is dispatched, where you can monitor delivery progress via the relevant courier’s website.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons. If you change your mind about a clothing purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Items must be unworn and have all labels/tags attached. However, items will need to be returned to WearUnder at the buyer’s cost (our postal address is listed in the “Contact Us” section). Note that a second shipping charge may apply on your replacement order (at the discretion of WearUnder).
We only offer refunds if goods are faulty, and in these cases WearUnder is happy to cover all shipping costs.
