Shipping & Returns

• A shipping & handling fee of NZD$8.00 applies to all orders.
• We can only deliver to a physical street address (no Post Office boxes).
• Note that all Rural Delivery orders will be sent via NZ Post or Post Haste.
• Expected delivery time will vary, but in almost all cases you can expect to receive your order within 7 - 15 business days. 
• All orders are tracked. We will supply you with a tracking reference once your order is dispatched, where you can monitor delivery progress via the relevant courier’s website.
• Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons. If you change your mind about a clothing purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Items must be unworn and have all labels/tags attached. However, items will need to be returned to WearUnder at the buyer’s cost (our postal address is listed in the “Contact Us” section). Note that a second shipping charge may apply on your replacement order (at the discretion of WearUnder).
• We only offer refunds if goods are faulty, and in these cases WearUnder is happy to cover all shipping costs.
