Shipping & Returns
- For orders NZD$65.00 and over, we offer FREE SHIPPING to a New Zealand address.
- For orders under NZD$65.00, a flat shipping & handling fee of NZD$7.00 applies.
- We can only deliver to a physical street address (no Post Office boxes).
- Note that all Rural Delivery orders will be sent via NZ Post or Post Haste.
- Expected delivery time will vary, but in almost all cases you can expect to receive your order within 7 - 15 business days. Please note that during this time of COVID-19, deliveries may take up to 20 working days.
- All orders (excluding Rural Delivery) are shipped via our distribution partner Post Haste Couriers and are tracked. We will supply you with a tracking reference once your order is dispatched, where you can monitor delivery progress at the following website: http://www.posthaste.co.nz
- If you are not home, a card will be left by Post Haste, and re-delivery arranged at no extra charge. If you prefer, you can give us authorisation to deliver without a signature (leave a note in the box titled "Add special instructions for your order" in the checkout step of order processing).
- If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Items must be unworn and have all labels/tags attached. However, items will need to be returned to WearUnder at the buyer’s cost (our postal address is listed in the “Contact Us” section). Note that a second shipping charge may apply on your replacement order (at the discretion of WearUnder).
- We only offer refunds if goods are faulty, and in these cases WearUnder is happy to cover all shipping costs.
