- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons. If you change your mind about a clothing purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Items must be unworn and have all labels/tags attached. However, items will need to be returned to WearUnder at the buyer’s cost (our postal address is listed in the “Contact Us” section). Note that a second shipping charge may apply on your replacement order (at the discretion of WearUnder).
- We only offer refunds if goods are faulty, and in these cases WearUnder is happy to cover all shipping costs.
